Allegra has been successfully developing mountain bike destinations since 2003, from the conception to the construction of the infrastructure. Our international team of specialists consists of up to 50 people in the summer season and has headquarters in Innsbruck (Austria), Pontresina (Switzerland), Lahti (Finland) and Chigasaki (Japan).


Tasks:


- Responsibility and management of a trail construction team (foreman, machine operator, skilled worker)


- Communication, coordination and organization in consultation with the site management


- Construction and maintenance of mountain bike trails and hiking trails


- Trail construction in accordance with Allegra standards with quality assurance


Requirements:


- Experience as a foreman or several years of experience in trail, civil engineering, gardening or landscaping required


- Understanding of trail construction, including water management and sustainability


- Team spirit (good trails are created in a team)


- Willingness to travel and flexibility in terms of location


- Good language skills in German and English
